So our anniversary is coming up in a few weeks and I told my husband "we are not spending any money on gifts." So now what do I do? Tight budget and 2 kids! Any ideas?

Story of my life...what to do with little to no money and kids! Not sure if this is your thing, but just in case: last year we didn't do gifts either but I did get George a card or you can even make a card and I literally wrote "I Love You" 365 times and cut it out into scraps and put all the scraps into the card so when he opened it they all fell out and said something to the likings of, "An 'I Love You' for every day this year" or something like that...George is a big words of affirmation guy so he loved it. I also {no joke} took my dictionary and went through a-z and highlighted every single word that made me think of him! He equally enjoyed that one...those are super cheap and free ideas if your hubby would appreciate those. Something to do together that we've done before is: a picnic at home. Make a picnic basket of whatever you want, lay a blanket out in front of the fireplace, maybe with candles, and enjoy a meal together in a different way...George actually set this up one time and he even had fake ants out on the blanket. Ha! Anyways...no matter what I know you'll enjoy each other! yay!
